Customer Retention Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To be part of conservation or customer relation team, responsible to handle outbond call including premium overdue reminder, insufficient fund policies, and other calls related to customer retention activities

Requirements:

* Associate/bachelor degree majoring in communication or management
* Min. 1 year experience as call center/telemarketing/collection/anti attrition. Preferably from insurance or banking industry
* Able to work in high pressure with minimum supervision
* Self motivated
* Willing to be contracted for 4 months only
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
